If you are looking for something fresh with an old twist, to add to your music collection, look no further. It's got a bluesy, rock sound that spans the decades of rock n' roll  in terms of styling of the music. Greta Van Fleet will grab you right from the start, it's the new classic rock. They have a Led Zepplin, Robert Plant sound with a genre of classic rock of influences. With the way these guys sound, they are destined to have a great future in making music. Listen to the instantaneous hit, “Highway Tune” and see for yourself.

It might be hard to believe that the sound Greta Van Fleet puts out is made up from four young men, two are 18 (Sam and Danny), two just turned 21 (twins Josh and Jake); three are brothers and one best friend, all from the idyllic Michigan village of Frankenmuth. They write and perform all of their own music; influences are varied, much of them rooted in their parents' vast vinyl collections – Jimi Hendrix, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Tchaikovsky, John Lee Hooker, The Who, and the Yardbirds, as well as Robert Frost, "The Lord of The Rings," "Apocalypse Now," and Ernest Hemingway. They sound the way the sound, they play the way they play; what makes Greta Van Fleet's sound their own is that it's rooted in the band's own collective truth.

All four band members are high energy, they're intelligent and adventurous and aware with a bit of "babes in the woods" sprinkled in, well-read and laser-focused on their art. All four were raised in homes that encouraged creativity and exploration and maintaining the integrity of their own, personal path. And, they've got a very 60's/70s-era message of love and peace and co–existence that they want to get out through their music.

Armed with a Top 10 single at Active Rock and Mainstream Rock radio, just named YouTube’s “Artist On The Rise” for the band’s gritty and infectious debut track/video “Highway Tune” (more than 600,000 plays since mid-April), and a group conviction to bring rock’n’roll back to the mainstream, red-hot breaking band Greta Van Fleet announces a three-week, U.S. headline tour starting August 15 in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to these tour dates, the band – brothers Josh (vocals), Jake (guitars), and Sam Kiszka (bass, keyboards) and close friend Danny Wagner (drums) – will play a special Los Angeles performance (open to the public) at The Viper Room on Tuesday, July 25. The full itinerary is below, and tickets are on sale now. Go to for all ticketing details.

Greta Van Fleet’s music is high-energy, sweaty, sexy rock’n’roll loaded with attitude, bravado, killer musical chops and a singer whose voice will drop your jaw. In answer to today’s turbulent and uncertain world, Greta Van Fleet’s music is infused with the simple message of peace, love and unity. “It’s important for all of us to personally identify with what we’re doing,” Jake says, "to have our music stand for something and affect people in a positive way. We’d love for anyone who comes to our concerts to take that positive energy generated back out into the world and make it their own.”

On these headline dates, fans can expect to hear all four songs from Greta Van Fleet's critically-praised debut EP Black Smoke Rising (Lava Records, April 21) as well as selections from the 25-plus additional songs already written, many already recorded. “Each of our songs has its own gravity,” Jake adds, “and we’re really excited for people to hear the diversity of more than just the four songs that have been released.”
